Virtual machine visualization has never been so real!
At last, an amazingly realistic, highly intuitive image of automation and control technology. This high-end product guarantees you optimum productivity and quality in production on the virtual machine model.
With CHECKitB4, control sequences can be simulated in their full functionality. CNC programs, including all high-level language elements, can be checked for syntactic correctness and executability, the absence of collisions in the workspace, the workpiece geometry and the motion characteristics can be reliably evaluated, and program runtimes can be determined. Here, too, CHECKitB4 differs distinctly from conventional CAM simulation.
Based on the NC kernel of Siemens or Heidenhain
Immediately after generating the CNC program, the CNC code is simulated based on the NC kernel of Siemens or Heidenhain. There is no interpreter running in the background! The control system is booted on the PC with all the machine-specific parameters, aka machine DNA (such as the axis parameters, traverse limits, special cycles, subroutines, etc.) and the CNC program is executed just like on the machine. As a result, immediately following completion of the CAM process, the CNC program, including all high-level language elements, is checked for syntactic correctness and executability, the absence of collisions in the workspace, the workpiece geometry and the motion characteristics are reliably evaluated, and program runtimes are determined. Long before the machine is set up, any errors can be detected and rectified without disrupting the production process. In short: its exactly what youre looking for!
CHECKitB4 - a solution with a future
Ever since our pioneering days when we turned our vision of combining CAM simulation with CNC control into reality, we have gained a great deal of experience and constructive user feedback from successful projects that we have consistently taken into account as we have continued our development work. Today, CHECKitB4 is one of the most advanced solutions on the market for digitalizing machine tools. Our greatest strength is our ability to help you pick up on errors very early on to avoid unwanted additional costs or damage. Through our apps, we install the digital twin as fixed feature not only at the CAM workstation, but also in the tendering process and on the shop floor. This gives you maximum security at every point in your production process.

TRAINING:
With CHECKitB4, you can train your employees in existing or new machinery completely on the digital twin. Whether its learning the new programming language, how to create tools, how to operate the machine in JOG mode, or the dangers that lurk when the machine is in certain states, CHECKitB4 promotes a fast and high-quality learning process through calmness and absolute safety.
MACHINE DYNAMICS TIME RECORDING:
More complex machining strategies, in particular, present you with the major problem of having to estimate the actual runtime. The digital twin not only moves identically to the physical machine, it also does so at the exact same speed, with the same acceleration and braking behavior. Although we use a few technical tricks in CHECKitB4 to make the second finger move much faster, the CNC runtime is identical to the actual machining time.
NOMINAL/ACTUAL VALUE COMPARISON:
CHECKitB4 provides you with a powerful nominal/actual value comparison that precisely compares the virtually manufactured workpiece with the stored target model from the design phase. All deviations are displayed in color. In this way, you actively prevent damage to the actual, physical workpiece, since contour damage or residual material are reliably detected beforehand.
VIRTUAL COMMISSIONING:
New machine tools can already be commissioned virtually, thereby significantly shortening the ramp-up time to full commercial operation. Were able to deliver with the digital twin long before commissioning takes place in your company. This allows you to create initial CNC programs, plan fixtures and tool designs, and train your employees digitally.
