With CHECKitB4 the control processes can be simulated with their full functionality. NC programs including all high-level language elements can be checked for syntactic correctness and executability. The collision freedom in the workspace, the workpiece geometry and the movement behavior assessed with certainty, as well as program execution times can be determined. Again CHECKitB4 clearly distinct from the conventional CAM simulation.

With our product CHECKitB4 we can guarantee a continuous manufacturing process chain and thus create a trouble-free transition from the virtual to the real world!

Immediately after creating the NC program the NC code is simulated on the basis of the NC kernel from Siemens or Heidenhain. There is no interpreter running in the background!

The control is on the PC with all the machine-specific parameters ("machine DNA " such as Axis, traversing limit, special cycles, subprograms, ...) booted and the NC program processed - as at the machine.

Immediately after completing the CAM process, the NC program, including all high-level language elements are checked for syntactic correctness and process ability. The freedom from collision in the workspace, the workpiece geometry and the movement behavior therefore is assessed with certainty as well as program execution times can be determined.
